SPINNING

Spinning is a group program of high intensity interval training that takes place on special indoor exercise bikes in a specially arranged room. Through sound, image, loud music and alternate treadmill exercises, the exerciser obtains optimal cardio benefits while strengthening the leg muscles.

CROSS SPIN

CROSS SPIN

Cross SPIN is an innovative combination of cross training and spinning. Exercises with body weight, with dumbbells and elastic bands, follow ups, jumps and sprints on the spin bike. This combination method achieves weight loss and increase muscle and anaerobic strength.
