PILATES

PILATES is a particularly high-quality training method, based on the principle of having control over the stability of the 'core', i.e. the abdomen. The precision movements inherent in pilates activate the body and mind, increase flexibility and strength, improve body posture, relieve back and lower neck pain and improve balance. What's more, pilates helps with stress relief while it actively contributes to the prevention of and recovery from injuries.

Pilates Sticks is a complete workout in its own right that offers outstanding results. The Pilates stick® exercising apparatus successfully combines the benefits of the Tower and Reformer pilates machines in a group training setting.

PILATES ARC

The Pilates Arc programme is a variant workout method, based on the homonymous fitness equipment. It stabilises the delts (shoulder blades), improves the functioning of the spine and helps establish proper body posture, while it relieves lower back and neck pain at the same time.
