PILATES is a particularly high-quality training method, based on the principle of having control over the stability of the 'core', i.e. the abdomen. The precision movements inherent in pilates activate the body and mind, increase flexibility and strength, improve body posture, relieve back and lower neck pain and improve balance. What's more, pilates helps with stress relief while it actively contributes to the prevention of and recovery from injuries.

Pilates Mat is the basic form of Pilates and includes a series of exercises that are executed on a mat. The slow way exercise is done, the breath control, the use of the appropriate equipment depending on the exercise (pilates ring, fitball, elastic bands, balls) and basically the quality and knowledge of the instructor contribute to the stabilization and strengthen of the core muscles, while at the same time flexibility is getting increased.
