REVORING

REVORING

RevoRing is a new dynamic cyclic training based on the homonymous fitness equipment that use as resistance the exerciser's own body weight. Its multiple handles allow an immediate control of the level of difficulty and the performance of infinite kinds of exercise. Its elastic structure is built to train entire kinetic chains. It builds up strength, flexibility, balance and mobility.

SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING

SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING

SEMI-PERSONAL sessions include training under the supervision of a personal trainer, just like in personal sessions, with the only difference being that these concern small groups.

It is the ideal training mode for pregnant women or people with very specific goals or injuries. The exercise routine is customised to suit the needs of each participant. We also offer Semi Personal Training Pilates sessions.

 

TRAMPOLINE

Athlesis TRAMPOLINE is a fun way of functional workout that is performed either on a trampoline or on the ground. It helps with balance and neuromuscular coordination improvement while it strengthens the muscles. It detoxes the body while offering benefits to the lymphatic system function at the same time.

SURFSET

SURFSET is based on one of the most demanding sports in the world: water surfing. Each exercise on the surfboard has been designed to train the muscles of the whole body. It uniquely combines all the benefits of Spinning, TRX training and Bosu ball workout. It helps improve balance, neuromuscular coordination, stability and flexibility, while it also strengthens your core and your aerobic skill performance.

PERFECT GLUTES

PERFECT GLUTES

Perfect Glutes is the go-to programme for strengthening the gluteus medius and maximus muscles. Additional focused exercises aimed at strengthening the midsection and core muscles guarantee obvious results in that area.

FREE WEIGHTS

FREE WEIGHTS

The Free Weights programme is a 30-minute high-intensity workout. A series of selected exercises such as squats, bench presses, military presses, pull-ups on bars etc, under the guidance of the experienced instructors of Athlesis, will help boost your muscle strength and develop your anaerobic performance.

GYMNASTICS

GYMNASTICS

The Gymnastics course includes specialized movements that do not require weight lifting but the use of the body weight itself. It requires balance, strength, flexibility, endurance and neuromuscular coordination. Precision, courage, self-confidence and self-discipline are mental attributes that can also be developed through the lesson.
