Semi Personal Training
Semi Personal Training sessions are about training under the supervision of a personal trainer, just like in individual sessions, except that they are provided in small groups (2-4 people). It is an ideal workout for those who have specific goals, suffer from an injury or going through a pregnancy period. The workshop is tailored to the needs of each participant. Semi Personal Training Pilates sessions are also provided.
