REFLEX WORKOUT

REFLEX WORKOUT

Reflex workout is a new method of functional training. Small, touch sensitive "pods" are used as optical media to improve impartiality, flexibility, reaction speed and overall performance. Their use automatically forces the body to perform an exercise faster and more technically while keeping the brain much more active.

FIT MIX

FIT MIX

The Fit mix is a 30-minute workout with different exercises and target each week. By switching equipment (bosu, kettlebells, trx, trampoline) and combining them in the appropriate intensity, the exerciser achieves the results he desires, always with the help of the targeted workout and the right guidance.

AERIAL YOGA

AERIAL Yoga is a new form of exercise involving acrobatic moves on a fabric-hammock. These are moves that strengthen the body, improve suppleness and decompress the spine.

RUNNING TEAM

RUNNING TEAM

Athlesis RUNNING TEAM concerns those who enjoy outdoor exercise. The training program includes distance running that employs appropriate running techniques, bodyweight exercises and recovery through power stretching exercise.

TRX

Athlesis TRX is a dynamic cyclic training performed with the help of TRX suspension trainers that use as resistance the exerciser's own body weight. This groundbreaking training method builds up strength, flexibility, balance and mobility while it prevents injuries and can be adjusted to suit the intensity levels appropriate to each exerciser.

TRAIN LIKE A PRO

Train Like a Pro makes a deep dive into real training by an athlete. The tips and secrets from coach ironman and triathlon Tasos Moustakis, as well as the use of oscilloscopes, will help you train as a professional and increase your performance.

STRETCHING

The Stretching lesson is the basis for any training method that enhances warm-up and recovery and helps prevent and repair injuries. It includes passive and active stretching exercises, ballistic and dynamic stretches, exercises to increase flexibility.

CARDIO BOXING

If you are looking to tone up your arms, abs, shoulders and legs, this is the program you should sign up for. High-intensity sessions, set to loud background music, quicken the heartbeat and boost energy levels, building up endurance and leading to intense calorie burning, this is the class you should sign up for.

BOOTCAMP

BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp training includes dynamic and cardio warm-up, followed by a wide variety of training sessions, including weight and object lifting, TRX straps, pushups and situps, pliometric exercises and explosive workouts. At Athlesis Bootcamp courses every coach puts his own coaching mark!

HIPS / ABS

HIPS / ABS is a dynamic workout program focusing mainly on the abs and legs. The performance of multiple exercise-routine sets, followed by repeats that center on the same muscle groups, is what brings maximum benefits to sculpting and toning them.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

On a unique and aesthetic terrace providing a direct view of Lycabettus hill, Athlesis members have the opportunity to participate in specially designed fitness classes and use the appropriate equipment that allows gymnastics outside the gym. TRX, Total Body, Bootcamp, Hips / Abs, Fight Bo and Pilates Arc are just some of Athlesis outdoor classes.

TOTAL BODY

TOTAL BODY is based on the light- to middle-weight-lifting technique with many repeats for those who are after muscle toning (definition), improved fitness and increased bone density. Just one program for the whole body. The range of exercises, the selection of music and your instructor's guidance will ensure you get the results you are after.

BOOTYBARRE

The bootybarre is a fun, energetic workout that combines techniques from dance, pilates and yoga, stimulating and shaping the entire body. It is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility. It focuses on proper body biomechanics and can be modified for every fitness level. Isometric exercises on the bar anneal strengthen tendons and ligaments of joints and improve their overall stabilization. Widely used to recover from injuries.
